Arnall Golden Gregory LLP is a limited liability partnership.  The firm is managed by an executive committee of nine members elected by the partners. Glenn Hendrix is the Managing Partner of the firm and Warren Kingsley is the Administrative Partner. Jonathan Golden, son of founder Sol Golden, serves as Chairman of the firm.

AGG is organized into seven administrative departments: Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights and Workout, Corporate, Life Sciences, Food and Drug, Healthcare, Litigation, Private Wealth and Real Estate.
